I’m writing y'all something. It’s not up to some crazy-high standard, nor does it serve a huge purpose. It’s not even what I’d been planning to write next on this blog. (Then again, my grand plans are why I write ALMOST NOTHING.)
I saw my sister hallucinate with a fever once when I was a child, and believe me, that’s a memory that sticks with you! (At one point she started talking about being a tightrope walker, and later began reciting random numbers. Unsettling.)
There’s this primitive part of my brain that is always ecstatic about running. That’s enough for me to keep returning to it.
